- Made-to-Order/Tinted Paint & Primers: Cannot be returned once it has been mixed, even if it is unopened.
- Sample Pots: are also non-returnable
- Defective Paint: If the paint is clearly faulty, you are able to return it or receive a replacement, subject to the supplier's inspection.
